This is the extended RUN RACI matrix used to describe the roles for the Service Management at Service Commencement and reflecting what role is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed, Verifies or Signs-off (RACIVS). It gives an overview of all responsibilities of the management, the roles in the management team and the named resources that will perform that role.
This document is prepared in collaboration by the Service Engagement Initiation stream and the Service Engagement Staff stream.
